Paint Masters

(4:00pm - 5:15pm)

PAINT MASTERS

  • Students will learn about influential artists like Van Gogh, Monet, Picasso, etc.

  • Each project will study various painting and drawing techniques of different artists

  • Students will learn about the history and significance of famous artists.

Tuesday

Art Shuffle

(3:30pm - 4:45pm)

ART SHUFFLE

  • Students will follow a step by step demo for a project each week

  • Each week being a different theme (paint masters / animal / landscape / drawing / etc.)

  • This class will give students an opportunity to explore various projects during the same scheduled time each week.

  • Our classes are a detailed study in light, shadows and color.

Wednesday

Animal

(5:15pm - 6:30pm)

ANIMAL

  • Students will learn how turn simple lines and shapes into realistic animals paintings.

  • Students will explore various painting techniques to portray texture for fur, feathers, scales, etc.

  • Each animal has a special color, size, shape and place they live.

Thursday

Art Shuffle

(3:30pm - 4:45pm)

ART SHUFFLE

  • Students will follow a step by step demo for a project each week

  • Each week being a different theme (paint masters / animal / landscape / drawing / etc.)

  • This class will give students an opportunity to explore various projects during the same scheduled time each week.

Friday

Manga Drawing

(3:00pm - 4:15pm)

MANGA DRAWING

  • Manga are comics or graphic novels created in Japan or using the Japanese language and conforming to a style developed in Japan in the late 19th century.

  • We will learn scales, colors and proportions.

  • These characters have facial expression, this is what our students will be learning as well.

Saturday

Cartoon

(11:30am - 12:45pm)

CARTOON

  • In cartoon pantings we focus on shape, color and background.

  • Students will follow step by step instructions and will be able to directly ask questions 

  • Students will learn how to mix colors by understanding the color wheel

Sunday

Animal

(11:00am - 12:15pm)

(2:45pm - 4:00pm)

ANIMAL

  • Students will learn how turn simple lines and shapes into realistic animals paintings

  • Students will explore various painting techniques to portray texture for fur, feathers, scales, etc.

  • With each project, teachers will be teaching colors and contrast.
